Meeting spaces are available for small gatherings and large conferences, with our largest venue seating up to 350 guests. All of our group retreat packages include a private meeting space for your event, which our Guest Services team will set up prior to your arrival according to your specifications. We also include the use of our A/V equipment, all at no extra charge.
Don’t forget about our meeting room snack & beverage options! You can work with Conference Services to set up a snack bar or food delivery service for all of your sessions.

Meeting Space A, located in the Auditorium, has a seating capacity of 350 people; Pine Creek’s largest meeting space. This space is very versatile with various stage, chair and table, pipe and drape arrangements. The short carpet flooring is great for holding activities indoors. Meeting Space A is set up with a sound system, stage lights, a projector, video screen and acoustic balancing wall panels. This building is centrally located on campus. It is next to the Outdoor Pool and near The Mountain View Lodge, circling the courtyard we call The Island.

Meeting Space B

Meeting Space B, located in the Auditorium, offers a seating capacity of 100 people, as well as a portable sound system and video screen. This long rectangle room allows for unique chair arrangements and gives planners plenty of choices. Meeting Space B also features a tiled floor entrance, perfect for registration, or display boards.

Meeting Space D

Meeting Space D, located in the Auditorium, is our newest meeting space, opened in 2017. When not used for meeting, it provides a common area for guests to relax and fellowship. It is furnished with a couch, love seat, two 8-foot bean bags, two high cafe tables, and a flat screen T.V. Chairs will be added for meetings.

Meeting Space C & E, located in the Auditorium, are facilities designed to hold small meetings with 20-40 guests. For groups with over 300 attendance, these spaces serve well for breakout spaces. There are 2 rooms available.

Mountain View Cafe

The Mountain View Dining Room offers a lower level that can be used for various activities, the Mountain View Cafe. For larger conferences, this area serves as overflow seating for the Dining Room. In other instances, the Mountain View Cafe can serve as a separate cafe, activity hall, or meeting space. This versatile space offers a seating capacity of 125 people, as well as a portable sound system and video screen. This long rectangle room allows for unique chair arrangements and gives planners plenty of choices. The Mountain View Cafe also features a tiled floor, lots of natural light, and its own restroom facilities.
