Buffet Meals

Buffet dining is standard in all retreat packages. We offer a self-service buffet where guests can pick and choose as they go through the line. A breakfast meal typically consists of a protein, hot side dishes, cereals, fruit, and a beverage center of milk, juice, coffee, and water. A lunch or dinner meal typically consists of hot entrees, side dishes, soup, salad bar, dessert, and a beverage center of juice, soda, coffee, and water.

Our Food Service manager will choose the menu with care based on the type of groups we have on grounds at that time. We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, however there are times where a guest may be asked to bring supplemental food in regards to their restriction. All dietary requests are to be submitted to the event/group leader so the leader can arrange through Conference Services.

Buffet dining offers variety and is a great way to please all members of your group! However, this style of dining can lead to excessive waste at times, so we encourage our guests to take as they want, but to eat what they take. We feel excessive waste goes against God’s call of us to be good stewards, and we know you would agree!

Please note that for the health and safety of all our guests, we do not allow cooking of any kind or outside catering on campus.

Meeting Room Food and Beverage Service

It’s the idea of water cooler talk; people gather around food to fellowship! So let us help you get the most out of your retreat fellowship times. Let us handle all preparation and clean up, so you can focus on ministering to your attendees. You can add some extra comfort to your meeting room with a hot decanter of coffee, teas, or ice water; maybe a tray of fruit, vegetables or sweet treats.
