Pine Creek Retreat Center features year-round accommodations for up to 330 people. Groups can choose from our 2 homey retreat houses or the Mountain View Lodge.

Mountain View Lodge

The Mountain View Lodge at Pine Creek is a unique and flexible building. It’s central location and large capacity works great for larger conferences, while it’s divided levels and wings provide privacy for multiple groups using the building at once. The Lodge offers two wings, each with an upper and lower level, for a total of 48 guest rooms.

All rooms in The Mountain View Lodge were renovated in 2014 to create a brighter and more up-to-date look. Each room offers 3 bunk beds, for 6 beds total, a table and 2 chairs, a small credenza, and towel rack. Newly added in 2015, 1 of the 3 bunk sets offers a twin bed over a full bed; perfect for family retreats or allowing adult counselors some extra room. Each room has its own private lavatory and shower facilities. All rooms have a door on the south side of the building, the side with the beautiful mountain view! The upper level rooms have a second door on the north side of the building, exiting to the courtyard we call ‘The Island’.

Rooms are set up for dorm style living, but linens can be added to your group’s retreat package for an additional charge. All dorm rooms have heating and air-conditioning.

White Oak Retreat House

The White Oak Retreat House has two divided floors, accommodating one or two groups. The Retreat House offers 6 guest rooms and 4 bathrooms total; sleeping 10 on the upper level and 10 on the lower level.

The upper level offers a master guest room with 2 sets of bunk beds, 4 beds total, and a bathroom. The middle guest room offers 2 sets of bunk beds, 4 beds total. The small guest room offers 1 set of bunk beds, 2 beds total. The second bathroom is located in between the middle and small guest rooms. Upstairs offers an island with 4 bar stools and a tall bar table with 4 tall chairs. There is an oak table with seating for 12 (3 extra chairs available) in the main room; perfect for small group devotionals or leadership meetings.

The lower level offers a master guest room with 2 sets of bunk beds and 1 single, 5 beds total, and a bathroom. The middle guest room offers 2 sets of bunk beds, 4 beds total. The small guest room offers 1 twin bed. The second bathroom is located in between the middle and small guest rooms. There is a gathering area downstairs with a table with seating for 8. In the living room, there is a leather couch, loveseat, and two chairs next to the designer fireplace.

The White Oak Retreat House is located on the east side of campus, near the Deer Ridge Retreat House and the Zip Line Adventures.

The Deer Ridge Retreat House has two divided floors, accommodating one or two groups. The Retreat House offers 6 guest rooms and 4 bathrooms total; sleeping 10 on the upper level and 10 on the lower level.

The upper level offers a master guest room with a queen bed and a bathroom. The middle guest room offers 2 sets of bunk beds, 4 beds total. The small guest room offers 2 sets of bunk beds, 4 beds total. The second bathroom is located in between the middle and small guest rooms.  There are two tables for a total seating of 16 guests; perfect for small group devotionals or leadership meetings. Near the back door there are 2 loveseats.

The lower level offers a master guest room with 2 sets of bunk beds, 4 beds total, and a bathroom. The middle guest room offers 2 sets of bunk beds, 4 beds total. The small guest room offers 1 set of bunk beds, 2 beds total. There is also a bunk bed in the living room for overflow.  The second bathroom is located in between the middle and small guest rooms.  There is a gathering area downstairs that includes a table with seating for 8 and a couch.

The Deer Ridge Retreat House is located on the east side of campus, near the White Oak Retreat House and the Zip Line Adventures.
